This 4-week course comes with suggested food guide and recipes that everyone will love! 5 modules (includes a pre-course week). Alternate between the workouts inside each module. Meditations also included in each module are busy mama style , 3-5 minutes. You will have a weekly check in message and also access to me via email or DM for any questions that you may have!
