Mama’s Back 12-Week Online Coaching Program
In 90 days, gain strength and confidence in your body mind and spirit, lose up to 25 pounds, so that you can play and hang with your kiddos and grandkids! This 12 week coaching program is a combination of online modules and one on one training using my signature busy mama style workouts that are 15 minutes in order to make working out easy and accessible on a daily basis. Busy mama style meditations are 3 to 5 minutes. We work on moving from the center out. Strengthening the core first and moving out muscle group by muscle group in the way that the muscles are meant to be activated for females in order to create a stronger and more aligned you! Your food guide and over 100 recipes are included. You will have the ability to get on live classes or on-demand classes that fit into your schedule as well. Meal prep packs are kind of my thing being a busy single mom myself. Put it together and you have an amazing strategy that can be sustained for the rest of your life!

On Demand Class Membership
Pilates, Cardio Boxing, Yoga, Bootcamp, Barre, Strength, Ladies Muscle (no floor work) straight from the comfort of your own home! No traveling to and from class, changing at the gym, getting there early to get a spot before it fills! Get your workouts in from home on your time and your schedule! Done busy mama style, classes are 30 minutes with the exception of yoga classes and Ladies Muscle (45 minutes). Start your journey today or pick up where you left off. All classes explain modifications for beginners and progressions for more advanced participants. I focus on the muscles women need most pre and postpartum. Plus we have a ton of fun! No two classes are the same and 5 classes are added in weekly!

This 6 day course is for those mamas looking to start a yoga/Pilates/Barre practice. I will walk you through the basics of each in 30 minutes a day for the 6 days. You will also have a guide on energized eating and short meditations to help you breathe into your body! Fully being present and connecting the body, mind and soul to make a beautiful start to a new practice!

Tighten your tummy, trim your waistline, boost your bottom and lose a few pounds in the process, all in 15 minutes a day! This 4-week course comes with suggested food guide and recipes that everyone will love! 5 modules (includes a pre-course week). Alternate between the workouts inside each module.
