About my business and how I got here
For the last 17 years I’ve helped women release weight, gain strength, increase their energy & improve overall wellness- in a way that is realistic, sustainable & actually enjoyable! I work based in the belief that in order to sustain the results of fitness & wellness habits for the long term you really have to KNOW yourself. It’s a deep self awareness. You have to know what foods & exercises work for YOU & how to rest & de-stress for YOU. The answers are within YOU. If you’ve found yourself saying “I’ve tried all the diets & workouts but nothing seems to work or stick”-It’s time to stop following cookie cutter plans & trust your own answers & needs. The truth is, you just haven’t found the plan that sticks YET! Together we’ll dive in, uncover what you need for you, & create a plan that fits your life & needs! I work with clients online or a combo of in person & online. Monthly wellness plans can be created for in- home or gym and conveniently accessed through my fitness app!

Pilates, Strength & Stretch- outdoor fitness class
Join me Saturday’s at 10am in Vally Glen Community Park (A beautiful and quaint park minutes from Sherman Oaks, Van Nuys & Valley Glen) for my 50 minute movement and meditation class: Pilates, Strength & Stretch. Class begins and ends with breathing and meditation to get you out of your head and into your body . The rest of class is dedicated to a pilates mat inspired workout that will work your core, strengthen your muscles, and support you in releasing muscle tension and tightness through stretch. There’s also opportunity to connect with other women and meet a potential new friend in the neighborhood! (It happens a lot). This class is open to women of all fitness levels. Modifications will be provided for beginners if needed. No prior pilates experience needed. There will be no jumping so there’s very low impact on the joints. Please bring an exercise mat and water! 🤸🏽♀️🧘🏽♀️

The Intuitively Fit method is based on 4 core pillars: Deepening Self Awareness, Mindset & Habit change, Developing Self Care Practices, & Movement & Nutrition for Energy, Joy & Health. What does the plan look like? Planning Day: get clear on goals, & build a plan. Monthly Calls: Work through unhealthy patterns, habits -check in on your plan, answer questions, celebrate your wins, clear stuck areas. Weekly Email Check-ins: For accountability, support, Q&A. Mindful Nutrition Education: Use food & emotion journaling to understand & transform your habits & relationship to food. Move away from dieting & focus on sustainable ways to eat for energy & health. Exercise Plan: Access workouts on my app. Workouts can include cardio, strength, flexibility, core, yoga, & more. Personal Training: instruction& feedback to safely perform exercises in your plan.
