Dr. Lindsay Garr has a doctorate in health sciences and is a professor with 18 years of experience teaching students about nutrition and health. She is a mom of 2 teenagers, and is known for her ability to teach and guide others in self-discovery of a healthy lifestyle and how their lives can change for the better. Lindsay understands the overwhelm, frustration, and emotional struggle that comes with eating, diets, family mealtime, getting kids to eat healthy, food shopping, and trying to lose weight. That's why she has written ebooks on various nutrition and health topics, a guide about intermittent fasting, and healthy recipe ebooks; to share her experience and encourage others to find ways to simplify their life and find their balance. She gives examples that work in real life for busy people with kids, jobs, and other responsibilities, to help them start feeling better and be able to show up as the best version of themselves!
