About my business and how I got here
Hi! I’m Heather Beutler. I’m a baker and decorator, chemical engineering student, wife, triathlete, Arabic language teacher, Utah native, and flavor enthusiast. Top Tier Confections by Beutler Technik LLC is my home bakery operation based in Provo, Utah. Every bride and groom who order a tasting box from me are blown away by the indelible flavor and texture of my decadent cakes, icings, and fillings. They are also pleased to find that their options aren’t confined to a set menu–because I create custom flavors and combinations to suit everyone’s tastes and dietary needs.
