About my business and how I got here
INDIVIDUAL | our sessions together will be emotional processing to understand the why behind your lived experiences and to understand how to process emotions so they can become instructive rather than overwhelming. For individuals looking for life coaching we will set long and short term goals and use emotional intelligence to get you where you are going. CORPORATE | I teach how to utilize emotional intelligence so that your business can become a place where innovation thrives.

-4 | 1 hour sessions -Custom Learning You Healing Profile -Texting with me between sessions This one-month starter package is meant to ground you in a solid foundation for healing, emotional sovereignty and to guide you back into the present moment to begin building your future with clarity and intention. I use many other healing modalities that we will utilize to find what works for you. 4 one hour emotional coaching sessions, via zoom or phone calls spread over a month will get you grounded, begin to regulate your nervous system and begin to inform you about what is occurring in your inner world. My intention is to mirror back to you the gifts that already exist within. Each session will be focused on creating more space for you to process emotion and begin to witness your thoughts.

Once you receive an in-app invoice from the business, you can pay with any credit or debit card.
Your payment method will be saved for future purchases in your account. You can edit or delete your payment methods under Payment Information in your Profile Settings on the app.
