About my business and how I got here
My name is Krista Bigler. I’m a Mind-Body-Spirit Mentor that works with mental health & chronic illness warriors who are ready for transformation & desire to start living their best lives in order to obtain physical & mental tranquility by rewiring the brain, strengthening the central nervous system & nudging the body back to homeostasis. It's time to examine the roots of “dis-ease,” which will strengthen the branches of your health. Every cell in our body is made up of energy & when we have too much or little in any area, we may not feel well. Emotions have a big impact on our bodies & we tend to hold on to those, which can wreak havoc! Despite many years of treatment, & even receiving my own training as a mental health professional, I was still not getting the results I needed because talking doesn’t release emotions or trauma from the BODY!
