About my business and how I got here
Andrea is a licensed clinical mental health counselor and coach with extensive training and experience in complex trauma. This background allows her to get to the root of a problem and co-create meaningful shifts with clients who are tired of the cyclical trap of diagnoses and talk therapy. Andrea blends techniques uniquely for each client targeting each region of the brain, nervous system, and body in order to recalibrate their system from a state of reactivity to a balance wholeness, allowing for ease and peace. Andrea works with clients intensively for a short period of time to unlock and amplify her client’s natural healing capacity, giving them skills to carry forward rather than fostering a long-term dependence on her support. As a MAPS and PRATI certified therapist. Lgbtqia+ affirming.

Initial Consultation
In the half hour initial consultation, we get to know each other. I will ask you what you’re looking for, what your goals are, and what you’ve tried so far. I will let you know if and how I think I can help you. From there, we will decide if we are a good fit to work together. I will not pressure you in any way. If you need a few days to think it over, we will schedule another time to chat again!

In Home Rapid Recalibration Package
**Initial consultation required prior to purchasing this package.** In this package you will be guided through deep healing and nervous system recalibration, allowing you to effortlessly traverse your goals in a state of wholeness and flow in the comfort of your own home. This package includes 3 preparations sessions, one 4-6 hour intensive therapy session, and 3 sessions. Techniques employed for optimal and rapid results are: EMDR, IFS, somatic processing, body movement, breathwork, TCTSY, poly vagal therapeutics, and more.
