About my business and how I got here
I’ve been planning events and weddings since 2014 and now I’m branching off to start my own business. I’m passionate about what I do and I love taking my client's dream, vision or paper napkin notes and making it into a reality. I pay attention to the smallest details my clients ask for. I take pride in my work and treat every client’s event as if it’s my very own.
Month Prior & Day of Wedding Coordinador
*Unlimited phone emails/texts/calls *Helpful planning tools & tips *Walkthrough at venue & assume point of contract with vendors *Coordination of ceremony rehearsal *Run of Show timeline creation and finalization *Coordinate vendor arrival/load in times & confirm vendor contract orders *Review wedding set up/placement with client *Onsite day of services with coordinator & assistant *Distribute timeline to all vendors & oversee set up *Distribute any final payments & gratuities *Work with entertainment to establish timing for grand entrance, first dance and other important moments. *Distribute any favors/ send off items to guests *Follow Run of Show to make sure we are on schedule with the client’s expectations *Set up: Coordinator & assistant will set up sign, cake, head table, guest tables and other specialty tables with specialty décor items *Clean up: Coordinator & assistant will clean up/ box up everything they set up, load items into designated vehicle
Full Services Planning/Partial Planning +
Full Services Planning is Partial Planning PLUS: * Design of inspiration board for your event * Attend one or two meeting per vendor upon client request * Assume point of contact with all vendors throughout entire planning process
Partial Planning/Month Prior and Day of Wedding +
Partial Planning is the Month Prior and Day of Wedding PLUS: * Establishment of color combinations & design concepts * Vendor recommendations * Assist with vendor selection by offering options that fit within client’s style and budget * Assist with scheduling vendor meetings around client’s schedule * Assist with negotiations & proposal revisions * Develop planning schedule, budget tracker, guest list organizer, and monthly checklist reminders * Assume point of contact to all vendors 3 months prior
