About my business and how I got here
Located near Austin, TX, we strive for utmost care and detail in our personalized mats. Customer service and a dedication to quality are our driving forces. As the owner of Exceptional Gifts Co. I am a stay at home mom of 3, with 2 doodles and a husband. This is a full-time job that I love. I paint using a proprietary hand-brushing technique with artist quality paint, and it does take time! Most double paint layer (think initial w name in front) mats average 8-10 painting hours from start to finish (including drying time between coats is 1-4 days). The result makes the time worth it! These special door mats are so much more than the average. They look beautiful, classy, and are all unique to the person who it is designed for. Perfect for that hard to buy for someone!
