My name is Sheronda and I am the CEO and Balloon Artist of Elegant Scenery in the Austin, Texas area. I started Elegant Scenery in 2021 when planning and decorating events turned into a passion and desire to put a smile on people's faces. Elegant Scenery focuses on luxury balloon art and creating memorable focal points for all events small and large.
