About my business and how I got here

Holistic health & mindfulness is weaved into all aspects of my life & how I tailor programs for my clients. Whether you desire to achieve pregnancy, are already pregnant or wanting a birth partner, each service is designed & customized to meet your needs & infused with my unique expertise of mindfulness. My intuitiveness & knowledge laid a foundation for planning my conscious conception, pregnancy, & birth. With my holistic lifestyle, I achieved what I desired. And when my daughter was born, my entire world shifted. I knew then how much I wanted to support others to have the same amazing experience that I had. Not even 3 months after my daughter was born, I started & completed my journey to become a birth doula & prenatal yoga teacher. I have been supporting others in this journey since 2020. With each new pregnancy, with each new birth, with everything that I learn & create, the experience gets so much richer & rewarding. I am honored to be a part of a life event.
