About my business and how I got here
Welcome to The Picnic Pitstop, a luxury event company that is serving the San Antonio area. To understand our company and vision, you must first understand our name. A picnic is an “outing or occasion that involves taking a packed meal to be eaten outdoors,” Here at The Picnic Pitstop, we strive to get our community outdoors and enjoy nature with a bit of luxury. So why “pitstop”? When people think of a pit stop, they generally think of a gas station. However, a pitstop also means a brief rest, especially during a journey. Our belief at the picnic pitstop is that pit stops are not only necessary but essential in life. It is important physically, mentally, and emotionally to slow down and rest from our busy everyday schedule, so why not take a pit stop with us and our handcrafted picnics? Although we started this business solely on picnics, we have grown much more. We now offer balloon styling, grazing tables, flower bouquets, event styling, and tablescapes.
