We'll partner together for 90 days to support your team in building their digital maturity. This package includes 2 calls a week with your team with 3 hours of additional strategy support each week. Typical focuses for our Level 1 strategy efforts are Best Practices Audits for the E-commerce space and a la carte support for strategic initiatives underway

We'll partner together for 90 days to support your team in building their digital maturity. This package includes 2 calls a week with your team with 8 hours of additional strategy support each week. Often our Level 2 strategy focuses on establishing a roadmap and prioritization framework for your teams and creating hiring and organization plans to support the digital needs of your business.

Level 3 support (3 month partnership)

We'll partner together for 90 days to support your team in building their digital maturity. This package includes 3 calls a week with your team with 12 hours of additional strategy support each week. Generally our Level 3 package will include work-back vision planning based on our long term goals and includes focus areas from the Level 1 and 2 packages.
