About my business and how I got here

Hey I'm Aria and if you're a busy burnt out mama with thyroid issues, I'm here to help you! When I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's in 2017 I learned to manage my condition through nutrition and lifestyle. Today I'm a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and I want to help you do the same so you’re empowered to take back your health, and feel your best!

4 Month Holistic Nutrition Coaching Package

Over the course of four months, we’ll work together to uncover the root causes of common chronic health symptoms like fatigue, irritability, constipation or diarrhea, bloating, thinning hair, brittle nails and intolerance to cold. We will use a holistic nutrition approach, viewing your body as a whole that works together as a system. You’ll be asked to fill out detailed intake paper work so we can do a full health analysis, along with paper work to assess your symptoms and their possible root causes. Next, we’ll work together to create a plan that’s personalized to suit your exact needs and concerns. We’ll start slow, and build as we go with nutritional and lifestyle recommendations so you can feel your best. With our work together my goal is to empower you with knowledge so you can take back your health. While we work together, we'll have monthly sessions, and you'll have access to messaging support in a private chat, if you should have questions or concerns about your protocol.

Free Nutritional Consultation

In this free 15-20 minute video consultation we’ll discuss your health concerns and goals to make sure we’ll be a good fit to work 1:1 together. This is a great time to ask any questions or hesitations you may have as well.
