About my business and how I got here
Exhaustion does not have to be a martyr badge of parenthood. You need your sleep and so does your little one. Your Zen Baby Sleep provides mindfulness-based sleep consultations and customized sleep plans for families with children aged 4 months through 7 years. If you find yourself awake at 2:00 a.m. Googling "how to get my baby to sleep", struggling with your 2 year old on a nap strike, or constantly battling at bedtime with your 4 year old, these are a few of many reasons to invest in a certified child sleep consultant. Parenting is hard, but sleep does not have to be. We work together to adjust sleep schedules, improve sleep hygiene, and implement sleep training methods that align with your personal parenting philosophies (read: you do not need to cry it out!).
