I specialize in decorated cookies and other baked goods. I am also the creator of Knead to Heal: Healing through Baking, a unique virtual baking experience where I intuitively guide people to move from feelings of anxiety, pain and trauma towards greater connection and calm in their daily lives through baking. Baking creates a safe and familiar space to explore deeper emotion.
