Mandy Chandler is a Certified Professional Coach and credentialed with the International Coaching Federation. She specializes in Career Coaching, Emotional Intelligence Coaching for Emerging Leaders, Habits Coaching, and Life Transitions Coaching. She works with growth-focused emerging leaders to activate self-awareness, build resilience, and develop strategic action. Coaching provides a supportive space for clients to develop clarity and insight about themselves and their situations. Through this, clients are able to identify goals, set up healthy systems, and take game-changing actions. Coaching works because it stimulates objective thinking, problem solving and resourcefulness to achieve goals FASTER than doing it alone or even with a mentor.

Starting with identifying your values & strengths, then creating your professional brand and succinct stories as a solution offering to employers, Mandy will turnaround your job search experience from a despised, nerve-wracking process to a confident, self-affirming journey. This package includes a Career/Personality Assessment, Resume Review, LinkedIn Review, and Mock Interviews - all delivered in 5 sessions [each session is 1 hour long]. **Please note that resume and LinkedIn creations/revision work are not included as a service. Clients are responsible for making their own edits.**
