Be Tru Studios offers yoga events including goat yoga, yoga and wine, glow yoga, workshops, paddle board sup events, etc. Our goal is to offer fun yoga events to support you celebrations whatever that may be!

Goat Yoga
Baby Goat Yoga at Wilderness Farm. Enjoy a 45min long class with professional Yoga instructor and plenty of time with sweet goats after! No experience needed, ages 6 and up! We are family friendly and our goal is for you to have a fun time and experience joy and laughter! Come for the goats and alpacas, yoga is optional! Beautiful farm setting and lots of great photo opportunities!

Yomassage
Your yoga instructor will walk you through a series of comfortable and supported Yomassage positions that will be held for 5-10 minutes. While you are relaxing in these positions, your therapist will guide you through breathwork and mindfulness exercises as they walk around and massage you in each position.

Sip and Stretch
Join us for a delicious combination of two great things: Yoga + Wine! Sip & Stretch with Be Tru Studios you'll experience a fun and relaxed one-hour yoga class, while sipping on your favorite wine. Does it get better than this? Nope!! If you've never taken a yoga class before, that's ok! Come learn some basics, and enjoy wine while you do it.

Once you receive an in-app invoice from the business, you can pay with any credit or debit card.
