I have created a printable and editable digital download to help prepare and organize your postpartum period. Becoming a new parent can be hard and exhausting and it’s important to make sure you are ready for when your baby comes. This digital download includes a hospital bag checklist, a readiness checklist for mama, a task/chore organizer, an organizer to assist with scheduling for other children in your home, a page of breastfeeding basics, and a page of information on postpartum anxiety and depression. After payment is made, your digital download will be emailed directly to you.
