Post construction cleaning
This is for a remodeled, new built. Any kind of renovations that’s been done to any property. Pricing is per square footage so the first initial clean which is the rough clean is $.35 per square feet and for the second clean it is $.25 per square feet. Post renovation cleaning does require more time and detail. it does require two cleans because of the dirt that is left behind. It is not required to have both cleaned however it is recommended for the best result.
