About my business and how I got here
I offer prenatal and postpartum fitness that focuses on the pelvic floor and core to help you prepare for birth and heal from birth with online programs, virtual and in-person classes! You can join me no matter what trimester you are in and no matter if you are 1 day or 20 years postpartum - it is never too late to reconnect with your body! The Prenatal Program guides you with breathing techniques, proper pelvic floor & core activation, mindset & movements that can be used in everything from exercise and daily activity to your actual birthing day! The Postnatal Program promotes healing for your pelvic floor and core and is safe enough to start day one postpartum. It guides you through reconnecting, building strength & decreasing tension. All of my programs may help to decrease stress and pain. I also offer programs to help you return to more dynamic movements like running! I know you are very busy mama - most of my videos are about 20 minutes so you can fit it into your schedule!
