About My Business & How I Got Here

Hi there! My name is Kate Brown and I'm the owner and operator of A Sweet Whim from Clermont. My business specializes in French macarons with whimsical flavors, and custom cakes for events around the Orlando area. By focusing on environmental sustainability and donating to nonprofit organizations, my mission is to bake the world a better place. I've had over 8 years experience in the hospitality and pastry industry, working my way through Publix, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Walt Disney World, and The Waldorf Astoria. My knowledge of pastry techniques, winning flavor combinations, and utmost professionalism are sure to make your special day run smoothly and a time you'll never forget. Cakes start at $6 per serving

Your choice of color, flavor, and design. There is a minimum order of 24 macarons per color. Option to add a display tower for an additional $20.
