One month prior to the weddings, I will become the point person for all of your vendors, walk through of the venue to go over layout and details, create a run-of-show, venue layout and diagrams, provide day of vendor management, rehearsal coordination, day of coordination, collection of all personal belongings and oversee all set up and tear down.
