About my business and how I got here
Balance Fitness & Wellness began as basic personal training. As I was getting certified, I was also doing self-healing practices. I realized during this time how important mindset & habit changing is if you are truly out to make positive shifts in your life. Being physically fit didn’t matter if I was depressed & full of anxiety all of the time. I began the certification process in things that I believe helped me through my tough times. Emotion Release & Behavior Transformation. I also began studying Human Design. These are the things I now offer as a coach! Mindset Coaching and helping people shift their perspective to keep them focused on their goals is my specialty! I also offer full Emotion Code sessions and Human Design Readings! I believe the true core of change comes from establishing a focused and positive mindset. A different outlook can change the course of your life and a determined, positive mindset can get you over the hurdles that may come your way.

Mindset Coaching Session
Mindset Coaching consists of taking things that you may feel stuck on or in a funk about or feel blockages around, and shifting the mind to see perspectives that you may not see. When we are under stress we can lose focus or get tunnel vision, so it helps to have someone open our mind and create optimism where we are pessimistic. Mindset coaching can help with motivation as well, as we can feel down on ourselves or lose momentum when trying to reach our goals, whether they be with fitness, business or sticking to routines. Goal setting can be challenging, but establishing a mindset first can be a big advantage to keeping your momentum high & sticking to your goals!
Emotion Code Session
Because emotions are made up of energy just like the rest of the body, they can affect the physical body when they become trapped. We as practitioners believe the body heals itself when taken care of properly and negative energy is allowed to move. Releasing these trapped emotions allows the body to find balance within itself to create the right conditions for it to heal. Physical and emotional difficulties become more manageable and can disappear altogether. This technique helps to clear blocks to creativity and can remove ‘heart walls’ that can open the heart and break down barriers to achieve life goals.

Why Sea Moss?! I get asked questions often since I take it, I make it and I sell jars of it! I personally take sea moss for the prebiotics and high Omega-3s since I don’t eat a lot of fish.
