A woman with a history of trauma, motherhood unlocked a portal of pain she didn’t realize existed within. Years of therapy and medication had proved unsuccessful, so Krystal began searching for a natural alternative of healing. This began the journey that led her to Yoga. In 2018, she opened her own studio and discovered the beauty that is Aerial Yoga. It was a wonderfully busy, chaotic, and heady time, but overnight it all came crashing down. In 2021 Krystal and her family faced tragedy as her husband was charged with several felony counts of sexual abuse against a minor. Then he overdosed on methamphetamine and alcohol before justice could be served. This devastated her. But with 5 little ones to love, she refused to give up. Instead, she returned to her practice and her tribe, and let them carry her through. Now, she uses her training and these experiences to help women create transformational changes in their lives and businesses.
