About My Business & How I Got Here

I am from the island of St Lucia located in the Caribbean. My entire family cooks and I am the youngest of 10 kids. I have been cooking since I learned how to read and have been a great entertainer. I would like to own a store front but right now I am working out of a shared commercial kitchen. I cook by plate and also cater to your occasion and event. Let me make you be the best host in the valley with my Flavors. Let me make you love to eat and enjoy real good Caribbean food. Ask me and I will tell you. Ox-tail meat that is washed and seasoned with different spices that is well marinated then prepared with browning and bay leaves. Served with red beans and rice or any other of your choice.

Seasoned one or two night before it is prepared with my famous homemade green seasoning. I use fresh herbs in my food. You can get this prepared so may other ways and served with anything of your choice.

Jerk Chicken

Meat is cleaned and season lightly with my famous green fresh season then jerk marinade and fry spices is also added to this meat. Overnight marinade is complete and ready to be prepared. Jerk can be prepared fry to eat with your favorite sauce and fries or with its own gravy being basked wet and moist.

Meat or shrimp is marinated with my famous fresh green season then with some fry curry spices to change the flavor and consistency of your meal. These spices make your senses awaken and your body feels vibrant. Turmeric is added to the mix to help with so many healthy lifestyle changes.
