We will have a 30 to 45 minute counseling session. I will begin by asking about your breastfeeding goals and any concerns or challenges you may be experiencing. Based on the information provided, I will then offer support, guidance, education and a general plan for further breastfeeding success.

We will have a 60 to 75 minutes counseling session . I'll begin by asking about your breastfeeding goals and any concerns or challenges you may be experiencing. I may ask questions about your baby's feeding schedule, latch, and any pain or discomfort as well as other potential factors. With the information shared, I will offer guidance and education on proper breastfeeding techniques, including positioning and latch. I will suggest ways to increase milk supply and offer advice on pumping as necessary.Throughout the session I will provide emotional support and encouragement to best support your goals and success. A detailed plan will be emailed to you within one business day of your session.

We will talk about what is and what is not working and make proper adjustments. Most importantly we will celebrate all the work you are putting in!
