STEP ONE
LET’S CONNECT
Welcome! Once you've sent the inquiry — it's time to make your date safe and secure.
I love meeting my future couples in person (or Zoom) before taking on their wedding. There is no one-size-fits-all for wedding photography and I want to ensure you're getting the right match! You'll receive a custom online booking proposal where you can review your package and pay your retainer online to make everything official.
STEP TWO
ENGAGEMENT SESSION
The fun begins! First you'll be sent my Wedding Magazine— 100+ pages of helpful tips and education as you plan your wedding.
After choosing the perfect location, we'll spend an hour together capturing your engagement photos! Your only job is to love on each other and be your joyful selves. Engagement photos are delivered straight to your online gallery within 4 weeks of your shoot, ready for download, print, and sharing!

STEP THREE
FORMAL SESSION
Many of my brides choose to add a formal session to their wedding package. Not only does it give you a test run for your dress and florals, but you get to have your first look in private and soak in the moment together.
In a location special to you, without the pressure of onlookers or continuing the ceremony, you see each other as husband and wife for the first time. When the hustle and bustle of the wedding day comes around, your nerves and jitters are gone and you get to focus on those that came to support you.
STEP FOUR
FINAL DETAILS
Throughout the wedding planning process, I will be there to help with anything you need -— vendor suggestions, timeline and schedules, reception details and more.
A few weeks before the big day, I'll check in to finalize the timeline and answer any last-minute questions you have. With all the planning behind you, you can focus on your soon-to-be husband and enjoy your wedding day knowing everything is in place!

STEP FIVE
WEDDING DAY
Congratulations! The day you've been preparing your whole life for is finally here! While I'm capturing every moment, tender memory, and sweet embrace of the day, you and your new husband will be cherishing the first few hours of marriage!
A week after the wedding, you'll be featured on the Savanna Richardson Photography Blog! I like to share your photos while everyone is still on cloud nine from the big day instead of keeping you waiting!
STEP SIX
GALLERY & ALBUM DESIGN
Approximately 6 weeks after your wedding, you'll receive an online gallery with all your memories from the day. There you'll be able to download, share, and print all the high-resolution digital files!
If you choose to add a custom album to your package, we'll start to design process after your gallery is delivered. Together we'll create an heirloom you'll cherish with your family for years to come.
